Saltfleet is the collaboration of two mates who share a love for good wine, good company, and the good life. With 24 vintages between us, we bring a depth of experience and a shared passion for crafting fine wines from exceptional vineyard sites across McLaren Vale.
Specialising in Mediterranean varietals, we focus on medium-bodied reds and vibrant, refreshing whites—wines that truly reflect the character and climate of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Our winemaking style is all about balance, purity, and drinkability.
When we’re not in the vineyard or the winery, you’ll find us out on the water: surfing, fishing, and soaking in the coastal lifestyle that inspires everything we do. Saltfleet is a celebration of place, passion, and the simple pleasures done well.
