Jonny & Kyle
Two high school mates, both started their journey in McLaren Vale in 2014.
Jonny funded a surf trip to Indonesia with a vintage at Rosemount and Kyle began his career in the cellar at Serafino.
Fast forward ten years with a combined 20 vintages, an Oenology degree and countless bottles of vino, they decided it was time to put their best foot forward and begin to work with passionate growers they had already created relationships with throughout the McLaren Vale region.
The goal?
To produce sustainable clean and authentic wines, balancing minimal intervention with the science of Oenology and to leave their fingerprint on a region they call home.
Saltfleet
Saltfleet, the street that runs through the heart of Port Noarlunga up to the jetty, which extends into the Fleurieu Peninsula.
A gulf of water that moderates the climate of McLaren Vale and influences the flavour profiles of varieties grown within the region.
The Saltfleet label encapsulates the landscapes that surrounds the Fleurieu Peninsula.
