2022 Grenache Shiraz Mataro

McLaren Vale / Blewitt Springs / Sellicks Hill / Kaurna Country 

A blend of three individual parcels, Grenache from Blewitt Springs, Shiraz from McLaren Vale and Mataro from Sellicks Hill.

The result; a deep layered flavour profile that is concentrated and balanced. The aroma is rich and complex, mixing notes of dark berries, spice and hints of leather with a subtle floral aroma. Medium to full bodied, with flavours of ripe red fruit, raspberry, cherry, mixed with a savoury spice. The tannins are well structured, offering a pleasant and polished mouth feel while the finish is long, nuanced and satisfying.
