McLaren Vale / Sellicks Hill / Kaurna Country
Sangiovese is a widely planted variety in Italy. A name that derives from the Roman God Jupiter. The ruler of the sky and thunder! Nothing like this wine grown in the delicate soils of Selicks Hill.
An extended time on skins softened the tannins resulting in a medium bodied wine with savoury red berried fruits. Expect aromas of wild strawberries and figs. Fresh acidity and moderate tannins makes this a great accompaniment to food. Intended to be shared with friends and family.
