Fiano is an Italian variety well suited to our mediterranean climate. Sourced from a single Organic vineyard in Blewitt Springs. This site exhibits the cooler microclimate which helps retain acidity and freshness.
A cool stainless steel ferment to retain freshness and acity. Finished in French oak barriques which has created a stone fruited wine with a zesty citrus finish.
